Hi, I'm Olivia.

I am a mum, a proud Pilates Princess who runs, plays padel and tennis, and absolutely understands the chaos of parenthood. I graduated from UCT in 2014 as a Physiotherapist and spent the next decade working in private health care both in South Africa and the UK. I fell in love with Pilates whilst working in Scotland, and after achieving my APPI Matwork Level One, Two and Three certification, I soon started my own Pilates business along-side my Physiotherapy work.

I couldn’t believe the life changing impact it had on myself and my clients. I soon started taking an interest in Women’s Health and saw the impact Pilates made on my maternity clients no matter the stage they were in. It was during my own journey into motherhood, after the most beautiful challenging unmedicated birth to my sweet boy, that I understood how much Pilates can truly change your life.
